I've heard you should not use scented candles on a dinner table. Why?
Scented candles will interfere with the aromas and sometimes alter the tastes of the food on your dinner table. You should always choose unscented candles to burn on your dinner table.

What is causing my dinner candles to drip? I thought they were drip less!
Our dinner candles are drip resistant in normal dining conditions. If you have a ceiling fan, an open door, or people mingling this will create a draft in the room and may cause your candles to drip.

How do I properly care for my candle's wick?
Our wicks are lead free, braided around a paper core right here in our factory. There is no need to trim your wick upon purchase. You may choose to trim your wick before lighting after the initial burn. Trim the wick to 1/4" with a wick trimmer.

What is causing my candle to leave wax around the perimeter?
This is called "tunneling". It is very important that you burn your candle until it has liquefied to the edge on the initial burn. A general rule of thumb is 1 hour per diameter inch. A 3" diameter candle will need to burn for at least 3 hours. Tunneling is often caused by not letting your candle burn long enough.
